Recruitment
After carefully examining the job requirement we commence on our initial search. Our recruiting strategy is straightforward and built on a methodology of teamwork and attention to small details. We utilize our extensive database of qualified pre-screened candidates, actively network through existing relationships, and peruse the numerous resume-posting sights at our disposal.
Personal & Technical Interview
Every candidate is interviewed and evaluated on their technical merits, professional work ethics, personality traits and salary requirements to determine their ability to become a successful member of our clients' technical team.
Reference Checking
Three professional references will be obtained and confirmed before submission. This data will be made available to the client, upon their request.
Client Submittal
A resume is presented to the client if the candidate is both suitable and consents to be submitted. We never send out unsolicited resumes or submit a candidate without their expressed interest in applying for the open position. At this time all pertinent information will be provided to the client in order to obtain prompt and thorough feedback.
