What do external staff members need to be aware of?
Generally speaking, NCG's staff members receive much higher pay than permanent staff. Furthermore, they can pick and choose the projects they wish to take on. External staff members often have a choice between several interesting projects - even before they have completed the project in hand. The NCG sales team takes care of all the project acquisition work. This means that the external staff members can concentrate fully on their work while NCG wins projects for them, which are then awarded on a limited, individual basis. On the other hand, external staff members are responsible for their own training and social security. It goes without saying that NCG provides competent and independent support in this area as well.
Remuneration rates - how do we pay?
The main factors in determining the rates of pay are the abilities and experience each external staff member contributes to the project in question. Knowledge of the relevant field pushes up the rates of pay. In some cases, payment levels depend on the client involved and its specific cost structures. We confirm the agreed hourly rate prior to commencement of work. Payment is then made monthly or retrospectively within an agreed time scale regardless of payment received from NCG’s clients or in accordance with the agreed payment package.
