need a technical resource, but don't have the time to interview candidates. You hire a contractor and shortly thereafter realize the fit isn't as tight as originally thought, but the 6-month contract has been signed. When NCG presents the resume of a staff consultant it's to provide you with your next contingent employee and not a candidate to be interviewed. What we propose is that you take 40 hours to evaluate our consultant and allow for a learning curve that isn't possible during an interview. If you're not satisfied, for any reason, you can cancel the contract and no billing will be incurred. It's our job to make your life easier.
