• I-94#
• Current non-immigrant status
• Expiration date of non-immigrant status
• Social Security Number, if any

For your family:

• The names and dates of birth for each
• The passport numbers and dates of expiration for each
• If already in the US, for each:
• Date of arrival
• I-94 number
• Current non-immigrant status
• Date that status expires
• If you have family but they are not joining you at this time, please explain.

Which US consulate is nearest you: Moscow? Kiev? Other?

Now, that's the easy part.

The rest is a little more time-consuming. Please provide:

1. Current resume.

2. Technical Summary Sheet.

3. A letter from each employer listed on your resume. The purpose of these letters is to prove to INS that you have worked all the time claimed in our application and to show increasing responsibility and skills over the years. Each letter should contain:


• The start and end dates of your work at that site.
• The tasks that you were responsible for and the skills used. Specifically mention Oracle skills if they were used.
• A description of how well you did the work and, if applicable, how well you worked with the team.
• The name of the person signing the letter and his/her relationship to you (e.g. supervisor, project manager, etc.)

If your team and colleagues have scattered over the years and you don't have all the letters already, we will need at least five years worth of work documented by letters. INS goes through each letter, counts the months worked in the skill set and adds it up. It must come to at least 36 months but New Concept Group requires 60 months proof of work for a margin of safety. We want to make sure our applications get approved.
