NCG's Implementation Methodology defines a framework for managing complex projects. It has been proven to deliver positive results for our clients - and it guides every aspect of our work. It ensures that our clients receive the greatest possible value in a short time.
Projects are being delivered in a series of incremental, well-defined phases with clearly identified objectives, processes and deliverables. Each phase of the project defines proposal for the next phase with time, deliverables and price.
This approach allows to keep the project under tight control.
ROADMAP FOR SUCCESS
1. Project Impact Assessment- Feasibility study
- High-level Functional Design
- Define Preliminary Process Flow and
System Architecture
- Create Project Plan
- Calculate Project ROI
- Create Joint Project Team
2. Project Definition - Planning Phase- Define Strategic Objective
- Define a Prioritized List of User
Requirements
- Define Functional Specifications
- Define User Requirements
- Define Technical Architecture, Data
Schema, Connectivity Requirements
- Define Project Plan for the Development
Phase
- Statement of Roles and Responsibilities
of NCG's and Clients Personnel

Deliverables
This Phase if the most important phase of the project. Investing into it through definition of business logic and system features, envisioning user interfaces and scoping interactions of the final product with other systems within client's organization helps to minimize risks and disappointments.
3. Project Development Phase- Building Solution including
Functionality, UI, Data Schema
- Integration
- Data Testing
- Integration Testing of the Components
- System Testing of the Complete Product
- End-user Acceptance Testing
- Documentation Delivery (Installation
Guide, User Guide, System Administration Guide)
- Definition of Deployment Deliverables
4. Project Deployment Phase NCS Consulting deploys the fully developed and tested solution into the client's production environment. Also includes end-user and support personnel training and transfer of ownership.
5. Strategic Process Application Roadmap (SPAR) Once the initial project objectives have been met, it is appropriate to look throughout a client organization for other potential projects. The SPAR is directed by a NCG practice manager in partnership with client personnel and/or third party integrators.
